20 minutes

There are many things we can do in 20 minutes – make a cup of coffee, read a magazine, do some exercise or stretch, update your Facebook page, call a friend …..  Most of us are fortunate enough to be born with five senses:  sight, smell, touch, sound and taste.  Impossible to prioritise, but if given the opportunity to maintain or improve any one of these senses, I would expect most people would want to.  So, if you could improve your eye-sight and eye health in just 20 minutes a day, would you?

Health patterns have been changing over the past fifty years, graduating from acute to chronic conditions.  Basically, what we are experiencing today is the long term effect of impaired health becoming noticable in many areas of our body.  Our eyes are no exception.  They are organs that work tirelessly every waking moment of our lives.

A little exercise can make a world of difference.  Learn more about Bioregulatory Ophthamology and arrange a visit by calling 07 5530 1863.
