If you or your family sit down to a bowl of cereal every morning – read this article about food processing.  Please then pass on to all your friends.  I witness the improvements in people’s health when they stop consuming processed foods – and it really does not take long to notice the changes.  Generally people return to my clinic about four weeks following their first visit and, provided they have heeded the advice about how to eat well, they feel much better.  Often the visit is opened with “I feel like a new person!”
